My room with a double bed, balconies and private jacuzzi was well-maintained and well-appointed, had good night's sleep. Hotel's location was stunning and amazing, at a hilltop. Further, it was just next door to abundant forests, an in house restaurant and the Xanadu cave.

The location here is amazing and awesome, within walking distance to everything, the room is equipped with satellite TV, climate control, and a personal safe.

The location of the property was fantastic with nearby mountains and a hill overseeing a lake, all easily accessible via a decent approach road. The breakfasts were large and the food was exceptional.

Stayed here during Christmas and the property was beautifully decorated. The location offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the outdoor activities available and the food was delicious.
The road leading to the property was narrow and difficult to navigate. The room was not very clean and some amenities were not working properly.

I had an amazing stay with breathtaking views. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, with plenty of activities to keep me entertained.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The resort has a stunning location on top of a hill, providing breathtaking views. the staff is pleasant, always ready to assist you. the rooms are well maintained, clean and the bathrooms are hygienic. the food is fantastic, with different cuisine options. the swimming pool, children's park and gym are great facilities.
The resort might not be suitable for someone who prefers to stay at the city center or for those who enjoy a bustling atmosphere.

The complimentary breakfast and the guided hiking trail were great complements during my Christmas stay. the location provided breathtaking sunrise and sunset views, and the balcony in the room added to the overall experience. the staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the already excellent service.

This hotel provided an exclusive experience with luxurious amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the infinity pool and sun terrace gave amazing views of the surrounding greenery. the restaurant offered delicious options for all meals including special diet menus. the spa centre and massage services were relaxing with a variety of options.
The only minor issue I had was with the location advantage, as it was a bit secluded from the main area. this was offset by the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere within the hotel's garden area.
